Description

SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Belt Conveyors are an integral part of modern PCB assembly lines, designed to transport printed circuit boards (PCBs) between different stages of the production process. These conveyors ensure smooth, reliable, and efficient material handling, enabling seamless integration with other SMT equipment such as solder paste printers, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens.

SMT Conveyor Fetures

Use high precision ball screw to ensure the adjustment is narrow and stable.
Adopt professional wear-resistant and anti-static flat belt, and specially made 3.0 MM thick aluminum profile track to ensure smooth connection and stable transportation.
Standard signal line connected online with other equipment.
According to customer requirements, we can produce feeders with different length guide rails.
The working surface is equipped with anti-static rubber to better prevent static electricity.
The transmission motor adopts two 42*48 stepper motors.
